Dheeraj Dhoopar opts out of hosting ‘Dance India Dance’

Dheeraj Dhoopar will no longer host ZEE TV’s much awaited new show ‘Dance India Dance’, which returns for its seventh season run this weekend.

The ‘Kundali Bhagya’ star made the decision due to the gruelling schedule juggling between the two shows. He told Bombay Times, “I am not complaining about the long hours, but it would leave me without any weekly off. Also, I need to focus on other commitments. I hope that in future too, I get such good opportunities.”

‘Dance India Dance’ will see Kareena Kapoor Khan make her television debut, as judge, along with Raftaar and Bosco Martis.

Karan Wahi has been confirmed as the new host of the show.
