Dhanush set to produce Hindi films

South Indian superstar Dhanush, who has had huge success producing and being a part of films there, is set to go behind the camera in Bollywood too.

Dhanush, who made his debut with ‘Raanjhanaa’ (2013), will be starring opposite Amitabh Bachchan in ‘Shamitabh’ next. Talking to Hindustan Times, he said, ���Producing Hindi films is on my agenda. But since I am new to this industry, I wantto learn more about its functioning, and then venture into it (production).”

He added, ���I know what kinds of films work in the south, so I produced films there. So, getting into production won�۪t be a new thing for me. But since this is a different industry, I want to know what films people appreciate here and would love to watch.”
