Dhanush replaces SRK in R Balki’s next with Big B?

Dhanush, the actor who starred in Bollywood with ‘Raanjhanaa’ earlier this year, is said to have replaced Shah Rukh Khan in R Balki’s next, which also stars Amitabh Bachchan.

The ‘Kolveri D’ singer is set to romance Kamal Haasan’s younger daughter Akshara Haasan in this yet to be titled flick. However, sources say that Akshara isn’t part of the film and is not interested in taking up an acting career as now. The younger sister of Shruti Haasan seems to be keep on taking up direction at the earliest. An official confirmation on the cast of the film is awaited.

Balki’s regular cast Ilayaraja and PC Sriram likely to take the music & cinematography chair respectively as well.

Dhanush, who is planning to begin the shooting for this untitled Hindi film beginning early 2014 right after completing his current films ‘Velai Illa Pattadhari’ and ‘Anegan’ in Tamil.
