Dhanush on acquiring rights to South remake ‘AndhaDhun’

It was one of the biggest hits to come out of Bollywood last year, so it comes as no surprise that other film industries in India want to make their own version of the Ayushmann Khurrana starrer ‘AndhDhun’ (2018). However it seems it’s Dhanush who is currently in the midst of bagging to rights for the film.

With the plan to make a Tamil version of the comedy thriller, Pinkvilla reports Dhanush revealing, “It’s a brilliant film and we have already started the process of acquiring the rights. It’s one of those thrillers which I wouldn’t mind remaking in Tamil.”

It is not known whether Dhanush will be essaying the lead role himself, however there is much excitement for the Tamil version already.
