‘Dhadkan 2’ to be directed by Vikram Bhatt

Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty and Shilpa Shetty starrer ‘Dhadkan’ (2000) is set for a sequel. BizAsia has learnt that Vikram Bhatt will be directing the second instalment.

Ratan Jain will be producing the film and told Box Office India, “Yes, we have signed Vikram Bhatt and he will be directing the sequel to our superhit film��Dhadkan. We worked together in��Elaan��and have since wanted to work together for a very long time. Everything fell in place for the musical sequel to��Dhadkan. The film will go on the floors in March next year”.

It still remains to be seen who will be finalised for the film and also whether any of the original actors will also reprise their roles.
