Netflix’s ‘Delhi Crime’ was a hit with the audiences and was even recognised by the Asian Academy Creative Awards. It’s now being said that a season two will have a fresh director.
According to a report in Box Office Worldwide, the first season’s director Richie Mehta will be replaced by National Award winner Rajesh Mapuskar, if the latest rumours are to be believed.
The show’s cast will remain pretty much the same, it seems, with Shefali Shah, Rasika Dugal and Adil Hussain making a return for the second season.
While the first season looked at the 2012 Nirbhaya rape case, it’s thought the second season will be on the 2006 Noida Serial Murders.
