Deepika replaces Priyanka in SLB’s ‘Gustaakhiyaan’?

Deepika Padukone has been raising pulses with the first look of ‘Padmavati’ and it now seems the actress will sign for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s next ‘Gustaakhiyaan’.

The Quint reports that Padukone will be part of the Sahir Ludhianvi biopic, which will be directed by Jasmeet Reen. She steps into the role that has previously been offered to Priyanka Chopra.

If reports are to be believed, Abhishek Bachchan will play Paudkone’s leading man in the film. Bachchan has been laying low to give this film his all. He is said to have lost 12 kgs to ensure he looks lean for his character.
