Deepika Padukone would want her parents to move in with her

While it seems to be the season of young actors and actresses moving out of their family homes to buy their own houses, actress Deepika Padukone says she would love for her parents to live with her. ��Her parents currently live in Bangalore and the actress has been living alone since she moved to Mumbai to pursue a��career in B-town.

In an interview with Savvy, Padukone said, “I miss having their comforting presence around me. ��But still, I find it extremely unfair to simply uproot my parents from Bangalore and move them to Mumbai just so that they are there with me all the time… Of course, I think about it all the time and this is probably the first time I am saying in an interview that I would absolutely love it if my parents were living with me. ��And I know if I just say it, they’d move here at the drop of a hat. ��But I don’t want to do it as I think that would be very selfish of me.”

The actress also has a younger sister, Anisha Padukone, who is a successful golfer and resides with her parents.

On the work front, Padukone was last seen in the very successful ‘Piku’ (2015) and is now busy working on Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Bajirao Mastani’.
