Deepika Padukone visits Golden Temple

Bollywood actress, Deepika Padukone took some time out from her busy schedule today to visit the holy Golden Temple in Amritsar.

Mid-Day reports ADCP Punjab police Parampal Singh saying that she was dressed in a white salwar suit and donated Rs. 1000. She was there for approximately an hour in the premises.

She told Singh, “I don’t want to leave this place and it seems the almighty is around me.”

The 28-year old actress then headed to the hotel near the airport to return to Mumbai.
