Deepika Padukone to play main lead in Shoojit Sircar’s ‘Peeko’?

Deepika Padukone is looking likely to play the main lead in Shoojit Sircar’s next film ‘Peeko’.

Mid-Day reports that the women-centric film is set to go on the floors in April.

A source told Mid-Day, “Before starting work on Imtiaz Ali’s film starring Ranbir Kapoor ��� it’s tentatively titled ‘Window Seat’ ��� Deepika will start shooting for Shoojit’s next. This will be a women-centric film and Deepika is looking forward to it with zeal.�۝

Sircar said he had not signed Padukone yet for the film but talks are on. Amitabh Bachchan and Irrfan Khan are also a part of the project.
