Deepika Padukone thinks Ranveer Singh deserves better?

As award season is well and truly here, one can see who are the most deserved performances and the popular winners across the board already. However, once such actor that hasn’t received much recognition for his worthy role is Ranveer Singh for ‘Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela’ and alleged girlfriend Deepika Padukone seems to be finding it hard keeping schtum.

The actress, who had major hits last year and has received nominations for her work in various films, is upset that her co-star in the movie hasn’t made it on to the nomination list at many award ceremonies. A source close to Padukone has said, “Deepika thinks��Ranveer��deserves awards for��Ram Leela. However she cannot come out and say this out loud as she is too politically correct in her proclamations to risk offending the other actors in the Best Actor nominations”.

It is definitely unfortunate that Singh hasn’t been a nominee but will Padukone ever choose to become vocal about her beau? Wait and watch.
