Deepika Padukone talks about “friend” Vin Diesel

BizAsia reported over the weekend that Deepika Padukone will be starring in her first Hollywood project with Vin Diesel. The news was confirmed by the actress’s manager on social media. Padukone has since talked about the picture she shared with Diesel but she is keeping mum about the actual project.

According to Pinkvilla, Padukone stated, “You will know soon…��He is a friend. And he is someone I am extremely fond of. And more than anything else, he is an amazing person. But about everything else that everyone wants to know, you will know soon”.

It sounds very much as if Padukone is not really able to talk about the project before the details are finalised. However, many will now be waiting for her announcement.

It is being said that Padukone has landed a role in the forthcoming ‘XXX: The Return of Xander Cage Returns’.
