Deepika Padukone to start on Meghna Gulzar’s next after honeymoon?

Deepika Padukone will reportedly begin working on her next film, in which she plays an acid attack survivor, post her honeymoon.

According to DNA India, the film, which is being produced by the actress and directed by Meghna Gulzar, will be going on the floors early 2019. Her rumoured marriage to Ranveer Singh takes place in November.

A source told the publication, “Deepika is taking a little time out to make the arrangements of her impending wedding. And the couple will fly off to an international destination for their honeymoon soon afterwards.”

The source added, “Once they are back, the actress will begin shooting for the Laxmi biopic, around February next year and wrap it up in a start-to-finish schedule. The film is expected to hit screens in the second half of 2019.”
