Deepika Padukone present at close cousin’s wedding

Deepika Padukone takes out time from the Padmavati shoot to attend the marriage ceremony of her close cousin in her hometown, Bangalore.

As per Hindustan Times, a source informs, “Deepika and her cousin have been very close since childhood. She was happy that she could be there in time to attend all the ceremonies right from the start. She didn’t want to miss out on her cousin’s special day.”

Moreover, a special impromptu dance performance had been planned by Padukone as a surprise for her cousin on the latter’s special day.

This wedding had turned out to be truly an intimate affair for Padukone herself. She has managed to catch up with her close family, relatives and especially her cousins. This would have been almost impossible for an actress with a hectic schedule as her’s but Padukone had always cared for and kept regular tabs on her family and relatives.

“Despite her busy schedule, she makes sure that she is present during all the big and special moments of the family,” concluded the source.
