Deepika Padukone: “When there are people you connect, your relationship is bound to evolve”

With rumours around their wedding being much talk of the town, Deepika Padukone spoke candidly about her beaut in a recent interview, revealing the details of what makes their relationship work.

Having shot for its cover, Padukone took part in an exclusive interview with Femina where she was asked about what has made her relationship with Singh work. “When there are people you connect with in your life, your relationship is bound to evolve. It should move forward. I think both of us have managed to find that in each other. It feels great to find someone who is dependable, who you can trust, who puts you before himself,” she expressed.

She went on to add, “Most importantly, he is my best friend. That’s what I could see in him when we first met, and that’s what we have evolved into.”

It has been reported that the couple will tie the knot in November, and a formal announcement will be made on 17th October.
