Deepika Padukone not in Luv Ranjan’s next project?

Contrary to rumours, news has confirmed that Deepika Padukone will not be playing a part in filmmaker Luv Ranjan’s next project, which already has Ranbir Kapoor on board.

Rumours were rife that Ranjan had managed to sign the two actors on, where there was much excitement in seeing them on-screen together again, after ‘Tamasha’ (2015) tugged at everyone’s heartstrings. However, Asian Age reports a source stating , “It is not true at all, and Deepika is not part of this project.”

Still in it’s early stages, further reports suggest Ranjan in the midst of writing the script, and celebrating the success of ‘De De Pyaar De’ (2019), Ranjan has also signed Ajay Devgn for this project too.
