Deepika Padukone joins Siddhant Chaturvedi for Dharma’s next?

After Siddhant Chaturvedi’s big screen debut in ‘Gully Boy’ this year, he is rumoured to have signed a film with Yash Raj Films. However, the latest suggests that he has also been roped in for Dharma Productions’ next with Deepika Padukone, to be directed by Shakun Batra.

“Shakun wanted to cast a fresh face along with Deepika and he felt Siddhant fit the bill. It’s a special script for both Shakun and Karan, and they are raring to take the film on the floors next year. It is set in India and the team is currently working on the logistics and finalising the locations. Apart from Deepika and Siddhant, the film will feature two more prominent actors,” said a source, as reported by Mumbai Mirror.

Padukone will be seen next in ‘Chhapaak’, scheduled for release next month.
