Deepika Padukone gets 8 crore for four-day brand shoot?

Deepika Padukone is definitely a name to be reckoned with in Bollywood. After sweeping the awards last year with her performance in ‘Piku’ (2015), Padukone’s value as an actress and entity has been upped by her forthcoming Hollywood film with Vin Diesel. As such, it’s emerged that the actress has demanded a whopping 8 crore to endorse a brand for which the shoot would last four days.

TOI reports that the amount the actress has quoted is similar to the Khans whereas usually she tends to charge between 1-5 crore per day. The brand in question this time is an airline company and an official confirmation on whether Padukone will be bran ambassador are yet to come.

The actress recently returned to Mumbai having wrapped up shooting to ‘XXX: The Return of Xander Cage’.
