Deepika Padukone excited about Vishal Bhardwaj’s next

Deepika Padukone who is currently shooting for ‘Padmavati’, is set to work with Vishal Bhardwaj for his upcoming film.

Reported in the Times Of India, the film which remains untitled, will also star Irrfan Khan who was last seen on screen with Padukone in ‘Piku’ (2015). The ‘Bajirao Mastani’ (2015) actress who has been a fan of Bhardwaj’s films, says, “I haven’t worked with him yet so I can’t talk much. But as an audience I can say it is fascinating to see the kind of films he does. As an actor I would love to work with him. It will be extremely challenging and very exciting to be working with him.”

The ‘Tamasha’ (2015) star will be essaying the role of mafia queen Rahima Khan, who is also known as Sapna Didi and Khan will be taking on the role of a gangster, who is in love her and helps to find a way to eliminate Dawood Ibrahim.
