Deepika Padukone clarifies on engagement rumours

Deepika Padukone may be basking in the glory of the first teaser trailer of her Hollywood debut ‘xXx: The Return of Xander Cage’ today but she was also at India Couture Week walking the ramp for Manish Malhotra. It gave her the chance to clarify on the rumours doings the rounds that she recently go engaged to beau Ranveer Singh.

“I think this is the right opportunity for me to clarify, there is no such plan anytime soon. I am not pregnant, I am not engaged, I am not married. I am not planning to get married anytime soon,” said Padukone when asked about reports, according to Bollywood Life.

Padukone and Singh first met during the shoot of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela’ in 2013 and it seems they started dating not long after.
