Deepika beats Katrina as FHM’s Sexiest Woman 2014

Deepika Padukone is perhaps at the best time of her professional life. As an actress which redefined success in 2013, her model-perfect looks and sexy figure have had her be named FHM’s Sexiest Woman 2014. She has toppled last year’s number one, Katrina Kaif. The announcement took place just a short while ago.

At second place was Priyanka Chopra and Kaif took the third spot. Nargis Fakhri came fourth and Shruti Hassan was the last to make the top five. Drashti Dhami was the one TV actress who made the top 10 in the 10th position and no doubt her win in last year’s ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’ helped her there. The most disappointing result came that Kareena Kapoor Khan dropped from sixth position last year to 11th this time round.

The poll is voted for by the fans and therefore highlights who is hot amongst the people and as it is a men’s magazine, it is hoped that it is ultimately the choices of the men that determine the climbers and falls of the ultimate list of 100 sexiest women.
