‘Dedh Ishqiya’ release postponed by three months

The much awaited ‘Dedh Ishqiya’ has been delayed and will now release next year, BizAsia can reveal. The film was initially scheduled to release in October.

Starring Madhuri Dixit-Nene in a pivotal role, ‘Dedh Ishqiya’ has been delayed by three and a half months at the request of Sajid Nadiadwala, producer of ‘Highway’ which would have clashed with the film at release.

Nadiadwala asked Abhishek Chaubey to postpone his film and he obliged. ‘Dedh Ishqiya’ will now release in January 2014.
