‘DDLJ’ to continue at Maratha Mandir until October 2016

Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge�۪ celebrated 1000 weeks in the cinema last year and was meant to be taken off from Maratha Mandir soon after. However, owners have been forced to keep the film showing for a further period, due to the public outcry of taking it down.

According to TOI, the film will now still play at the theatre until October 2016. Owners have recognised that the film is due to celebrate 20 years later this year and that it wouldn�۪t be quite right to take it down before that.

Lead pair Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol are all set to share the screen once more, this time for the first time in a Rohit Shetty film, ��Dilwale�۪.
