David Dhawan & Vashu Bhagnani to reunite after 25 years for ‘Coolie No.1’ remake

After months of rumours, it has finally been confirmed that a remake of ‘Coolie No.1’ will be going on the floors later this year.

The film will be helmed by David Dhawan and Vashu Bhagnani, who reunite after 25 years. It stars Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan, who will be stepping into Govinda and Karisma Kapoor’s shoes.

Incidentally, the announcement of the film was made today, to coincide with Varun Dhawan’s 32nd birthday.

The film goes on the floors in August 2019.
