David Dhawan: “Manoj Kumar is a wonderful person”

Praising the legendary actor-filmmaker Manoj Kumar, ace director David Dhawan said that Kumar’s films help us learn a lot even today.

On Kumar receiving a Dadasaheb Phalke Award, Dhawan told IANS, “He is a wonderful person, a wonderful director, actor, filmmaker��_ just watch his films, even today you get to learn a lot from him, from the kind of emotions, songs and other factors.”

Kumar will be conferred with the Dadasaheb Phakle award for his outstanding contribution to the growth and development of Indian Cinema.

Kumar is known for his films like��’Woh Kaun Thi’ (1964), ��’Purab Aur Paschim’, (1970) ‘Kranti’ (1981), ��among numerous others.
