David Dhawan doesn’t think Varun can replace Salman in ‘Shuddhi’

When Karan Johar announced that Varun Dhawan had replaced Salman Khan in the forthcoming ��Shuddhi�۪, many were wondering what exactly had happened for such a change to take place. Now, Dhawan�۪s father David has said that his son can�۪t replace Khan.

Talking to PTI, David commented, ���He can never replace Salman. He is a great actor and a very big star. Varun is like his younger brother and that’s why he tweeted also. Salman loves him.”

David also said that he remains proud of Varun�۪s slate of films, ���I just told him that it’s a tough world and you have to work hard. All the credit goes to his sincerity and honesty. He gives his full effort to the films he does�۝.

Varun�۪s next ��ABCD 2�۪ releases later this month but he is also going to be seen in ��Dilwale�۪ and ��Dishoom�۪ as well as ��Shuddhi�۪.
