Daler Mehndi confirms lead vocals in ‘Dangal’
Bollywood singer Daler Mehndi has confirmed he provided his talented vocals for the title track of Aamir Khan�۪s upcoming movie ��Dangal�۪ (2016).
The legendary Punjabi singer said the track has meaningful lyrics and will infuse energy in the audience. ���My next song is for Dangal. Pritam has given the music for the film. It is a beautiful song. It is the title track. It is a very clean song with meaningful lyrics. People will love the song for sure. Whosoever will listen to the track will feel motivated and energetic,� Mehndi said, according to the Hindustan Times
��Dangal�۪ is based on the real-life story of wrestler Mahavir Singh and his daughters Geeta and Babita Phogat. The Bolo Tara Ra Ra singer has previously sung the title track for Aamir-starrer ��Rang De Basanti�۪ (2006), directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra.
Mehndi has again collaborated with the filmmaker for his upcoming venture ��Mirzya�۪ (2016). The singer has lent his voice for its title track.
The Nitesh Tiwari-directed ��Dangal�۪releases on 23rd December.
