Tumhari Disha’s Porineeta out
Kavita Kaushik who plays Porineeta in Tumhari Disha on ZEE will have a change of track. According to her the role she started off doing was just a cameo one but it got extended as time went on and it was anyway time for a change. Kaushik pooh-poohed all rumours of a fall out with Producer Roopali Guha. She was particular to point out that she and Guha had discussed at length Porineeta?s role and had mutually decided that for the moment the character was going no where. There had been rumours that Kaushik had dug her heels in about doing certain scenes and Guha and threatened to have her thrown out. Evidently things were sorted out to the satisfaction of both the parties and they have parted ways amicably. Kaushik is now concentrating on her role in Kesar (STAR Plus) where she plays a princess (Source: TelevisionPoint).
