Cricket returns to ZEE TV in August

ZEE TV will once again be screening live cricket, come
August. After a long gap, ZEE Network has scooped TV
rights to the forthcoming South Africa tour in Sri
Lanka. The channel will broadcast highlights of the test
matches beginning 4th August until 15th August (daily
at 23:00 – two hours coverage).

However, the One Day Internationals will be screened
live and exclusively on ZEE TV beginning on 20th August.
Incidentally it was only last week, we revealed that
rival Sony Entertainment Television Asia will be showing
the much talked about Holland Cup triangular series
between India, Pakistan and Australia.

ARY Digital are currently screening the Asia Cup. So, it
looks like all the Asian TV channels want a piece of
the cricket action.

The following is the ZEE TV schedule of the Sri Lanka
Tour being played between the host country and South
Africa.
