‘Coolie No.1’ producers to decide on release post lockdown

The trailer of the upcoming ‘Coolie No.1’ should have dropped a few weeks back but has been delayed since the Indian Prime Minister called for a lockdown in the fight against coronavirus. Producers of the film are now in limbo for the time being.

“At this point we are waiting for the lockdown to open and I hope that things get back to normal as soon as possible. Till the time the lockdown doesn’t open, we cannot really comment on that. Yes, we would love to bring a smile on people’s faces through the film but we all jointly believe that security and health of everyone is more important than anything else. We are waiting for the lockdown to end to take a call,” said Jackky Bhagnani, talking to E Times.

The film is directed by David Dhawan and stars Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan.
