Colors UK to air Mirchi Music Awards 2022 this Sunday

Colors UK will be airing a star-studded and magical night celebrating Bollywood music with Mirchi Music Awards 2022.

Mirchi Music Awards is one of India’s most prestigious music awards which honours artists of the Indian music fraternity in a glamour-filled evening.

The show will start with the Red-Carpet event where our singing stars make a grand entry and will be hosted by the singing sensations Neha Bhasin and Meiyang Chang. The highlight of the event is the tribute to Bollywood legends – Lata Mangeshkar Ji and Bappi Lahiri Ji, headlined by the melody king Sonu Nigam and joining him will be the Meet Brothers, Khusboo Grewal, Jonita Gandhi, Sneha Shankar & Shruti Pathak. The show will also feature notable perfomances by the Mohan sisters – Shakti, Neeti and Mukti presenting a new anthem based on women power; a romantic performance by Neha Kakkar & Rohanpreet; a tribute to Shravan Rathod by his sons Sanjeev & Darshan; amongst many others.

If this was not enough, Lucky Ali fans are in for a special treat as he makes a return to the stage after a long hiatus, presenting his soulful and evergreen hits. And then there is Karisma Kapoor who will give a special performance dedicated to the 90’s with her foot-tapping chartbusters. Besides the singing community, Bollywood actors Tapsee Pannu, Pratik Gandhi and Vidya Balan will also grace the show.

Mirchi Music Awards 2022 will air on Sunday 27th March at 21:30 only on Colors UK.
