After the launch of ‘Kesari Nandan’ earlier this month, Colors is set to launch its second new weekday fiction ‘Gathbandhan’ in the weekday 21:00 slot.
The channel has been broadcasting ‘Kesari Nandan’ for 60-minutes between 20:30 – 21:30 since its launch but that will soon be cut down to 30-minutes. From Tuesday 15th January, ‘Gathbandhan’ will take the 21:00 slot.
The show marks the TV debut of ‘Laila Majnu’ actor Abrar Qazi. It also stars ‘India’s Next Superstar’ finalist Shruti Sharma. The series is based on a don, who hails from Dombivli, and an IAS aspirant who hails from Gujrat. Their cat-and-mouse chase of a love story becomes the crux of the story.
