'Mission Sapne' to launch on Colors

Colors is launching its new social series ‘Mission Sapne’, which will expand its original shows in the Sunday evening schedule, starting later this month.

The 10-part series, produced by Sobo Films and hosted by Sonali Bendre, will bring celebrities and encourages them to leverage their fame for the benefit of the common man. As per the format, celebrities step into the shoes of the common man for a day and earn their daily wage.

During the first series, Bollywood superstar Salman Khan will turn barber. Other celebrities from Bollywood, television, sports and music volunteering in this mission include actors Salman Khan (Barber), Varun Dhawan (Pattiwala), Harbhajan Singh (Namkeen seller), Mika Singh (Chaiwala), Ronit Roy (Cosmetic seller), Ranbir Kapoor (Vada-pav seller), Ram Kapoor (Taxi driver), Karan Johar (Photographer), Drashti Dhami (Nimbu-mirchi seller) and Siddharth Malhotra (Vegetable vendor).
