Colors’ ‘Kasam’ given six-month extension

Colors’ hit series ‘Kasam – Tere Pyaar Ki’ has been given a six-month extension.

Bollywood Life reports that the show will to a new slot of 18:00 (India) from the 1st October to make way for ‘Bigg Boss 11’. Ssharad Malhotra who plays the lead character Rishi Raj Singh Bedi, was thankful for the decision.  “I want to thank the channel, Ekta Kapoor and of course, fans who have made Kasam a hit show. We hope to complete two years successfully in March next year.”

The show has been under the spotlight due to low TRPs, but fans have expressed much appreciation for the onscreen chemistry between Malhotra and Kratika Sengar, who plays his wife Tanushree Bedi.
