Colors HD to launch in UK on Tuesday

Viacom18 is launching the HD version of its flagship Hindi entertainment channel, Colors, in the UK this week.

BizAsiaLive.com can exclusively reveal that Colors HD, which has been testing off the Sky EPG since December, will be added to channel number 786 on Wednesday 8th February 2017.

Colors HD will broadcast in widescreen, along with Dolby Digital Plus 7.1 audio, making it only the second free South Asian entertainment channel to be available in the UK. Colors HD will join &TV HD and Star Plus HD on the same platform. However, Star Plus HD is a part of the HD pack on Sky.

Colors HD will be available on Sky channel 786.
