Colors confirms UK telecast of ‘Bigg Boss 17’
One month after ‘Bigg Boss 17’ premiered in India, broadcaster Colors has confirmed the UK telecast of the hit reality show hosted by Salman Khan.
‘Bigg Boss 17’ was not permitted telecast in the UK due to the British version of ‘Big Brother’, which returned after a five-year hiatus. The series ends on ITV2 tonight after a six-week run.
Meanwhile, ‘Bigg Boss 17’ has got off to a flying start in India with a solid viewership. This year’s contestants include Ankita Lokhande, Vicky Jain, Neil Bhatt, Aishwarya Sharma, Isha Malviya, Abhishek Kumar, Munawar Faruqui, Anurag Dobhal, Mannara Chopra and others. UK contestant, Navid Sole, formerly of ‘The Apprentice’ is also participating.
