Colors has officially confirmed the return of the flagship reality series ‘Bigg Boss’ for its 19th season.
Hosted by Salman Khan, the show will premiere on Sunday 24th August, with each episode available first on JioHotstar before its transmission on Colors later that evening. Insiders reveal that this year’s instalment will carry the theme ‘Gharwalon ki Sarkaar’, granting housemates unprecedented authority over the day-to-day running of the Bigg Boss house.
This marks the first time ‘Bigg Boss’ has aired on Colors since the formation of JioStar – a merger between Viacom18 and Disney Star.
