Colors announces ‘Bigg Boss 9’ winner

After more than three grueling months in the ‘Bigg Boss 9’ house, Prince Narula has been declared the winner of this series.

He fought off competition from Rishabh Sinha, who settled for second place and Mandana Karimi, who could only manage the second runner up title. Rochelle Maria Rao finished in fourth. Judging the voting figures, which were released, the competition between Prince and Rishabh was marginally close.

Host Salman Khan declared Prince the winner and handed him the ��Bigg Boss�۪ trophy along with the prize money of Rs.35 lakh, out of which he has donated Rs.5 lakh to Salman’s Being Human.

From next year, ‘Bigg Boss’ will revamp its format with members of the general public being allowed into the house competing with celebrities.
