Climax of ‘Yamla Pagla Deewana Phir Se’ re-shot?

The Deols, Dharmendra, Sunny and Bobby Deol are ready to hit the theatres together again. The third installment to their ‘Yamla Pagla Deewana’ (2011) franchise, ‘Yamla Pagla Deewana Phir Se’ is slated to release on 31st August, and it seems that the team was not happy with the first cut of the film, and has reportedly re-shot the climax.

DNA reports a source saying, “The movie had wrapped up, but after seeing the first cut, the team wanted to fine-tune the end sequences. Hence, they decided to re-shoot it. They had to film for three-four days to enhance it.”

Another source added, “They had asked Rishi Kapoor to do a cameo, but that didn’t materialise due to some reason. So, extra scenes were added with Shatrughan Sinha, who was always meant to do a cameo. The entire crew began filming the climax from August 2. Today will be the last day of shoot. It’s a courtroom scene and the Deols have been stationed at Filmcity. They are quite happy with the way the climax has shaped up now. They have finished it well before time, so there’s no question of a delay.”

‘Yamla Pagla Deewana Phir Se’ is directed by Navaniat Singh.
