Choreographer Salman Yusuff Khan booked for molestation

Choreographer Salman Yusuff Khan has been booked for sexual molestation.

Hindustan Times reports a molestation case was filed against the popular dancer and ‘Dance India Dance’ winner on 30th January 2019. The report adds that Khan and his brother have been accused of behaving inappropriately with a girl on two separate occasions.

The FIR stated that the victim was approached by the dancer’s manager, while she was in London for work in August 2018. After this, she met Khan at a coffee shop in Oshiwara, Andheri, where he allegedly offered her an opportunity to perform at a show in Dubai. The victim alleges that Khan “touched her inappropriately” during their meet.

Furthermore, the victim alleged Khan and his team harassed her and her troupe for days after the incident and even threatened her.
