Chitrangada & Jyoti now officially divorced?

BizAsia brought news last year that model-turned-actress Chitrangada Singh and her husband Jyoti Randhawa were heading for a divorce. However, the couple very much denied reports even though they were spotted at court together.

The latest buzz doing the rounds is that reports then were true and that the application for a divorce was made may in May 2013 but that it has now been granted meaning the couple�۪s separation is now official. Further to that, the couple�۪s son, Zorawar, will be staying with his mother as Singh has been given custody of him.

The couple tied the knot in 2001 but it is thought that problems became more apparent when Singh shifted to Mumbai to pursue her film career when Randhawa remained in Delhi.

Singh and Randhawa have failed to comment as yet on the news although last year they were happy to deny the rumours.
