It seems Shah Rukh Khan is never really able to stay away from controversy and now a previous incident is back to bite him. BizAsia has learnt that the Child Commission have called for Mumbai police to file an FIR against the actor for his use of foul language during the 2012 Wankhede Stadium brawl.

Khan was banned from entering the stadium for five years by officials of the Mumbai Cricket Association after a ruckus broke out between him and ground staff post an Indian Premier League match played by his team Kolkata Knight Riders and Mumbai Indians. The Child Commission say that Khan۪s abusive language caused the children present, including Khan۪s daughter Suhana, mental trauma.

Khan has always denied any misconduct and maintained that his reaction was justified to protect his own daughter.
