Channel i abruptly removed from Sky EPG

Bengali service, Channel i has been removed abruptly from the Sky EPG.

BizAsiaLive.com understands that the channel disappeared at around 17:00 this evening. It continues to broadcast off the EPG, suggesting that the channel could be reinstated on its EPG 752.

It is not yet known what has caused the channel to go off-air without prior notice.

A removal of a TV service is usually down to two reasons, either the broadcaster has failed to make payment to Sky or a technical fault resulting in the channel being bumped off.
