Celebrity Week in full swing on Club Asia

London’s hip and young Asian music station Club Asia has come up with something quite innovative for an Asian radio station. The launch of Celebrity Week will see their London studios welcome some of UK Bhangra’s biggest singing sensations.

So far Club Asia has been a host to the famous legend, Channi Singh from Alaap and his equally talented daughter Mona. The Central Show, K-jal was host to the multitalented music producer Aman hayer, who is the man behind the dance floor anthems like ?Gabhru Shakeen? and ?Reminisce?. Jas ?The Man on Drive? entertained The Panjabi Hit Squad, who played a world exclusive of their artist Ms Scandalous track ?spread Love?, and took part in ?Challenge the Chapal?. Mentor Kolektive, rounded up the day with Dr Psycho in the late show.

If that was good, the hugely talented singing maestro, Juggy D, was in the Studio this morning, and due to popular demand stayed on for the entire Breakfast show with Missy D. Juggy decided he would do something that he has never done before??sing in English! ? You might be surprised, but it?s true. So, this morning, he wrote and sang a remixed version of the Oasis track WonderWall exclusively for Club Asia.

Juggy D, ?I love Oasis, I think they’re so talented. I?ve been in the studio since 8 this morning and started writing my own remix of the Oasis track especially for Club Asia?. Since he has been in the studio, Club Asia has been bombarded with endless emails and texts, and the phones have been ringing uncontrollably. Listeners are enjoying hearing him on air, as they get to know the man behind the talent.

Keep a listen out for your favourite celebrities on Club Asia. Gubi Sandhu, Bally Sagoo, NRG and Kami K are today’s guests. Later this week will see the arrival of Boxing sensation Amir Khan Prince Naseem, Sardara Gill from Apna Sangeet and film director Karan Johar making their presence on the hugely popular station.

Club Asia is available on Sky EPG 895 and in London on 963AM and 972AM.
