CBI probe into Sushant Singh Rajput’s death nearing “final stages”

Since the sudden passing away of Sushant Singh Rajput in June, fans have been calling out for answers over the way the case was initially handled by the Mumbai Police. After three months of the actor’s death, it now seems the probe is nearing its end by the Central Bureau Investigation (CBI) team.

DNA India reports that the AIIMS report shows that no poison was found in Rajput’s Viscera report. Furthermore, it is claimed that the forensic science department of AIIMS and the Central Forensic Science Laboratory (CFSL) findings are very similar.

Meanwhile NDTV reports the AIIMS report on Rajput’s autopsy is “conclusive” and is being corroborated with the CBI investigation. It is likely to continue the investigation based on “abetment to suicide”.
