Cannes 2016: Mallika Sherawat walks red carpet at opening ceremony

Mallika Sherawat has become the first Bollywood celebrity to walk the red carpet at Cannes Film Festival this year.

The actress was seen in a Georges Hobeika Couture gown teamed with a diamond necklace and simple hair and make up.

Over the next 11 days other Bollywood stars including Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Sonam Kapoor and Freida Pinto will also walk the red carpet.
