BT remains most complained about pay TV service in Q2/17

Ofcom has published a report on the volume of consumer complaints it received against the major providers of telecoms and pay-TV services.

The latest report covers the three-month period from April to June 2017. It contains complaints made about providers of landline telephone, home broadband, pay-monthly mobile and pay-TV services.

BT remained the most complained about pay TV service with 13 complaints per 100,000 during the quarter during the quarter. However, it is worth pointing that the complaints for the provider had decreased from 19 in the previous quarter. Virgin Media was in second place with 8 complaints per 100,000 during the quarter, followed by TalkTalk with 6 complaints per 100,000 during the quarter. Sky was down also with just 1 complaint per 100,000 during the quarter.
