BritAsia TV goes off-air on Sky
BritAsia TV has officially ceased broadcasting on the Sky platform, leaving its slot on Sky channel 761 inactive.
While there was speculation about a possible last-minute extension for the channel to remain on Sky, today’s developments confirm that the broadcaster has discontinued its transmission. If programming does not resume, Sky is expected to remove the channel from its EPG listing later today.
In its earlier announcement, BritAsia TV stated, “Looking ahead, 2025 marks a bold new chapter for us with the launch of BritAsia Digital, which will replace BritAsia TV as we transition off the Sky platform. This exciting move will bring you the content you love in stunning HD and 4K, available on LG, Samsung, and Sony Smart TVs, Firestick TV, and Android/iOS apps. Our commitment to delivering bigger and better entertainment remains as strong as ever!”
