Brit Hits TV makes way for The Sikh Channel

It۪s been confirmed that Brit Hits TV will be phased out to make way for The Sikh Channel.

According to Sky Digital EPG information, Brit Hits TV owned by the same company as The Sikh Channel, will cease broadcasting on Sunday 12th April.

The change will result in Brit Hits TV being morphed into The Sikh Channel on Sky channel 215 before being shifted into the ‘International’ category of the Sky programme guide. The channel is most likely to get EPG number 840.

Brit Hits TV was DS Bal’s foray into non-Asian television when it launched in December. This is the third such channel that has been replaced by another service in its own network. TV strands of Legal TV and Red TV launched last year but they were discontinued shortly after.
