Brit Asia TV re-signs up to BARB

The UK’s only British Asian music channel, Brit Asia TV has re-signed up to official audience measuring body, BARB.

According to information provided to BizAsia, Brit Asia TV has begun reporting official viewing data for its channel, starting Monday 1st December.

Brit Asia TV had initially signed up to BARB between December 2008 and June 2009 and had a weekly reach between 150,000 – 200,000 viewers. Since then, Brit Asia TV has introduced many new programnming and events initiatives that could bolster the channel’s performance. Similarly, Brit Asia TV will now contend with much more competition than in 2009.

Brit Asia TV is available free-to-air on Sky channel 824.
